If you would prefer to discuss your complaint with an independent party, or if we are unable to resolve it together, Osteopathie Nicklaus is affiliated with Erisietsmisgegaan.nl. Through this organisation, you can make use of an independent complaints officer free of charge. The complaints officer can support you in formulating and discussing your complaint and, where possible, help to find an appropriate solution.

If the complaint cannot be resolved, it can be submitted to the independent, recognised Wkkgz disputes committee of Erisietsmisgegaan.nl.
